Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change.
To keep our sessions and programs running smoothly for everyone, please take note of our cancellation terms:
1. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice before your booked time.
Rescheduling is subject to our availability; we cannot guarantee a new date within the next 24 hours.
2. Cancellations
No cancellations are accepted once a booking is confirmed.
For multi-session programs:
Cancel before Session 1 starts → full refund.
Cancel after Session 1 → no refund.
3. Late changes & no-shows
If you cancel or change your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the session will be forfeited with no refund.
Missed sessions cannot be “made up” unless agreed at our sole discretion.
4. Digital products
Due to their nature, all sales of digital products and downloads are final and non-refundable.
5. Healfulness cancellations
If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at no extra cost to you.
