There's a specific grief that comes with mother loss.

A grief that no one but you understands.

Your grief wants to be felt and witnessed.

That's what this circle is for.

Maybe your pain is from reaching for her because she was there before, and now she isn't.

Or reaching for her, she was never there, and still isn't.

Or the word "mother" activates you and brings up guilt, anger, and unworthiness.

Perhaps, you lost a child, a pregnancy, and "mother" hits differently.

Whatever brought you here, you belong here.

What I know for sure is that lost hopes, dreams and expectations is real grief.
It's the realisation that your life as you know it, is a grief in itself.

This grief circle is open to women who have experienced the death of a mother, a motherly figure, an estranged mother, or a mother who has lost a child. 

This circle moves through four phases. None of them rushes you.

Grief isn't what breaks you.

Avoiding the grief is what keeps you locked out of your life.

You don't heal from loss by analysing it, avoiding it, or numbing it… You heal by being witnessed in it.

By saying the unsaid things, the things you wish had been different, better, or more. In a room where nobody tries to fix you or tell you they know how you feel.

You are not here to passively sit through 6 sessions.

This circle gives back exactly what you put in.

This circle is a space where grief gets to move.

A 6-week facilitated grief support circle on Zoom, limited to 12 participants.

This circle was born from a deep love for this work and for this community.

I sat in grief gatherings with you and then designed this space to support you further.

What makes this experience different: Before we start, I meet with you one-on-one. You tell me your story. I build the sessions around what you're actually carrying. That's why nothing in this circle feels like it was designed for someone else.

The onboarding journey

What's Included:

  • A private 1:1 call with me where you share your grief story.

  • Weekly breathwork and grief tools you can use at 2 am when the grief hits and no one's awake.

  • A private Telegram group where you can say "Today was hard" and nobody tries to fix it.

  • A personal manifesto you create in week one and carry with you after the circle ends.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, as long as there are spots available. Just make sure they register separately.

What if I cry?

Then you cry. That's welcome. There's no performing in this space.

Do I need to pay for the session?

Yes. Upfront and 2-pay options are available.

What should I bring?

Nothing, just yourself.

Is this therapy or counselling?
