Would you like to join us for in-person or virtual Grief Gatherings?
This is a free facilitated grief circle for women who are ready to be seen, heard, and held in their grief.
This space is for you if you feel called to face your feelings rather than push them aside, if you're craving connection
and validation, or if you've been carrying something heavy and doing it alone for too long.
Together, we'll meet our grief and losses (all losses are welcome - and it doesn’t matter when they happened) and gently explore the patterns of self-abandonment that distract us from feeling.
